Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website, run by Trevona LTD. The terms of a particular stay are agreed separately, in writing, once a house and dates have been confirmed.

The collection

The houses are private homes, not hotel rooms. Photographs and descriptions are a guide to the house. Each page says how that home can be stayed in.

An enquiry is not a booking

Sending the form, or writing to us, asks us to reply. It does not reserve a house, and it does not fix a rate. Rates depend on the home and the dates, and we send them when we reply. A stay is confirmed only when we have written back and you have agreed.

The stay itself

Dates, guests, the house, and the rate are those in the written agreement for that stay. This website does not replace that agreement. Getting to Cyprus, and travelling on the island, stays with you.

The site

Please use the pages for arranging a stay, not for copying the text or the photographs onto another site. A detail on a page can change. For a house you are considering, the written reply is the one to rely on.
